How many brands/products are available for purchase on the Employee Store?

As of January 2023 there are over XX,000 products available for purchase.

Can I use my Pattern Swag Store Swag Points to buy Products?

No, the Employee Store and the Swag Store are 2 different programs with different objectives. We did however add a link to the Swag Store for convenience, so don’t forget to go hype up your coworkers across the world.

Can I give access to the employee store for my Family or Friends?

No, purchasing is restricted to active employees only.

Does Pattern make any money off employee purchases?

No. Everything on the employee store is sold at cost, meaning the price Pattern bought it from our brand partners at + the costs of selling it through Amazon Buy with Prime. Note that Excess Inventory Products is sold for less than cost. I know, sweet deal right?

Why can’t I create an account with my personal email?

Employee Store access is restricted to pattern employee email addresses only and is a benefit available only to Pattern employees.

Do I have to have an Amazon account to make a purchase on the Employee Store?

Yes, The checkout process on the Employee Store is powered through Amazon’s Buy with Prime program and uses your amazon prime wallet as the payment source. There are no other options.

Am I buying used or new product?

These are brand spankin’ new units. Nothing on the Employee Store is used, it is all brand new product that is fulfilled straight from Amazon’s warehouses.

What if a product I want is not available?

First check the actual listing on Amazon (The ASIN link is provided on the product detail page). If Pattern’s offer on Amazon.com (not a different seller’s offer) doesn’t have inventory then it wont be available for purchase on the Employee Store as the Employee Store pulls straight from the inventory at Amazon, so check back in a few days.

If Pattern’s offer for the product on Amazon.com has inventory then this product is not available for sale on the Employee Store due to a specific reason.

Why are some products Pattern sells not listed on the Employee Store?

This could be for various reasons. The product has no inventory at Amazon currently.

We have broken up with the brand and no longer legally allowed to sell their products.

There was a problem with my order. Who do I contact to get it fixed?

Shipping and Customer Service are all handled by Amazon through your Amazon account as this product was fulfilled by Amazon via Buy with Prime.

I need to return my purchase. Who do I contact?
